This support area is an online resource for customers who have purchased software or services from Intelligent Filing. Upon logging into the site it is possible to raise/track support tickets, access product specific knowledge base articles, FAQs, product upgrades and patches.

Product support via our ticketing system is only available for customers who have purchased full (none evalutation) software products, hardware or professional services from Intelligent Filing. If you are experiencing difficulty with an evaluation product, you can contact a customer support representative via the Get Help page. We will respond to such request in the order that they are recieved, and endeavour to respond within one business days.
